Pulitzer prize winning composer Steve Reich, "the most original musical thinker of our time" (The New Yorker) is joined by Toronto's NEXUS "the high priests of the percussion world" (The New York Times) to perform the Canadian Premiere of Mallet Quartet for vibraphones and five octave marimbas. Other works include 2 x 5 and Reich favorites Music for Pieces of Wood, Sextet and Clapping Music.
